Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to engage customers in a high-traffic retail environment and deliver exceptional service.

You will learn the store-in-store experience, demonstrate products, and build relationships with customers to drive sales and loyalty. We offer competitive base pay of $18.00 hourly plus $5.00 per hour training pay, with a guaranteed earnings target of $20/hour including incentives, and access to stock grants and broad benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of customer service or sales experience in a retail environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to learn store systems, products and processes.
• Able to engage with customers and educate on offerings.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail setting, educate and showcase benefits.
• Complete training on the store-in-store experience, products, and processes.
• Build rapport, drive sales activity, collect referrals, and follow up with customers.
