Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to energize customers in a fast-paced retail setting. You will educate customers, demonstrate products, and promote benefits while delivering exceptional service and loyalty.

The role includes training on new skills, processes, and systems to ensure best-in-class experiences. Starting hourly base pay is $18.00 plus $5.00 training pay, with a pathway to an annual incentive and stock grants.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educate customers, and showcase benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes to provide best customer experiences.
• Proactively attract potential customers to drive sales, follow up with customers, collect referrals, and build relationships.
