Job summary

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail setting using digital tools to educate and demonstrate value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverage self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding; identify needs and apply solution-based selling.
• Complete store training, stay updated on promotions, and partner with nearby locations to onboard customers; maintain store procedures and asset security.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership to support customer experience from account setup to device support.
