Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment to showcase and educate on T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs, demonstrate value, and apply solution-based selling techniques.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and store processes.
• Support onboarding of customers and protect store assets during operations.
