Job summary

T-Mobile USA in Oregon seeks a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a busy warehouse/club kiosk setting. You will educate customers, demonstrate products, and guide solutions while learning store systems and benefits knowledge.

Starting hourly wage is $18 with $5 training pay; after onboarding, expect incentives and a guaranteed $20/hour when including incentives as part of total rewards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 6 months of customer service/sales preferred.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and product knowledge.
• Willingness to learn store processes and participate in training.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage customers in a high-traffic retail environment and educate them on products and benefits.
