Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to be the face of the Un-carrier experience inside a warehouse/club kiosk. You will educate customers, demonstrate solutions, and help them stay connected to what matters most.

Training is provided on store processes and products; earn $18.00 base hourly, plus $5 training pay. After ramp, you’re eligible for a guaranteed $20/hour including incentives, with access to annual stock grants and a rich benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and educate on products and benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store processes and systems; learn and share knowledge.
• Build rapport, drive sales activity, and collect referrals.
