Job summary

T Mobile is hiring a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to greet customers in a warehouse/club kiosk setting and deliver outstanding service. You will educate customers, demonstrate products, and highlight member benefits while maintaining energy and enthusiasm in a busy environment.

The position offers base pay of $18.00 per hour plus $5.00 per hour training pay, with a guaranteed $20/hour including incentives after training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment and demonstrates value of benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes to provide the best customer experience.
• Build rapport, drive sales activity, follow up with customers, collect referrals, and manage Be Back processes.
