Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to be the face of T-Mobile in a warehouse/club kiosk setting.

You will engage customers, educate them on products and benefits, and drive sales in a fast-paced environment with ongoing training and development. You will receive base pay of $18.00 per hour plus $5.00 per hour training pay, with a pathway to a Mobile Expert role and potential annual incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to work in a high-traffic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educate customers, and showcase T-Mobile benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; continuously learn and improve skills.
• Provide exceptional service, build rapport, drive sales activity, follow up with customers, and develop relationships with new and existing customers.
