Job summary

T-Mobile in Salem, OR is hiring Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a high-traffic, warehouse/club kiosk setting. You will educate customers, demonstrate products, and drive sales while building relationships and loyalty.

Requires a High School Diploma or GED and up to 6 months of customer service or retail sales experience. The role offers base pay with training pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth within the Un-carrier culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment. (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment. You will use digital tools, communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile's warehouse/club member benefits.
• Complete training on the T-Mobile store-in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes, and knowledge of systems and reference resources. You will continuously learn and improve your skills to provide the best possible experience for our customers! Will perform skills practicing, knowledge sharing, and store operations.
