Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Mobile Service Technician in California to deliver high-quality EV maintenance and service at client locations. You will inspect vehicles, document interactions, and perform walk-around checks while coordinating with the service center when needed.

Travel within the assigned territory is required to support mobile service operations. The role requires 2–5 years of automotive service experience, HV/LV knowledge, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Experience working with High Voltage and Low Voltage systems in EVs is essential.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills and documentation abilities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and proprietary DMS software.
• EPA 609 Certification required or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Mobile Service Technician and handle parts, ordering, returns, and inventory management.
• Interact directly with clients to deliver a high level of service.
• Document vehicle interactions using the appropriate software suite.
• Travel to service locations within assigned territory to support mobile servicing.
• Perform walk-around inspections and assess customer needs through interviews and visual checks.
• Assist at Service Center as needed and coordinate with teams.
