Job summary

Lucid Motors is hiring a Mobile Service Technician to travel within the assigned territory and perform vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and service documentation. You will interact with clients, document needs, and support service center activities as needed.

The role requires HV/LV system knowledge, ASE/EV certifications where applicable, and a strong ability to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced environment in California.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience as an automotive service technician.
• Knowledge of High Voltage (HV) and Low Voltage (LV) systems and EV powertrain.
• Customer-facing experience with strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and DMS software.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Service Advisor and handle parts duties including ordering, returns, and inventory management.
• Work with clients to provide a high level of customer experience.
• Document all vehicle interactions in the software suite.
