Job summary

Versiti seeks a Donor Driver Specialist to support mobile donation drives across locations. You will operate a Promaster van, transport staff and supplies, and ensure a safe, positive donor experience.

Experience in customer-facing roles helps you connect with donors and coordinators while maintaining high service standards. The role requires 4:00am–10:00pm availability including weekends/holidays, with full-time hours (32–40 hours/week).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years relevant people-facing experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Follows DOT guidelines when operating the full-size commercial van and safely transports staff, supplies, and equipment.
• Loads/unloads supplies and performs setup at the mobile site, including technology systems and quality control.
• Performs donor screening, mini-physical, and phlebotomy.
• Provides exceptional donor service and responds to inquiries and concerns.
• May conduct automation with Alyx or Trima and recruit donors for automation.
• Maintains equipment and completes department records as needed.
