Versiti Blood Research Institute seeks a Donor Driver specialist to perform phlebotomy and donor transport duties. You will interact with donors, provide a high level of service, operate mobile drive vehicles, and ensure safety and compliance on every route. A valid license and basic phlebotomy skills are required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service experience in a donor or healthcare setting.
• Ability to perform phlebotomy and venipuncture with donor safety.
• Strong communication, teamwork and reliable transportation.
• Valid driver's license and DOT compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive donor experience with professional service.
• Perform phlebotomy collection and operate mobile drive vehicle as needed.
• Load/unload supplies and transport staff and equipment safely.
• Maintain donor safety, screenings and post-donation follow-ups.
• Adhere to DOT guidelines and company policies.
