Versiti Blood Research Institute is seeking a Donor Driver Specialist to perform phlebotomy, donor interactions, and safe transport of staff and supplies. The role supports a positive donor experience and operates mobile collection units following DOT guidelines.

Schedule includes evenings and weekends, with opportunities for skill-based increases after training and a comprehensive benefits package. Must have a valid driver’s license and high school diploma, with strong customer service

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Less than 1 year job-related experience preferred; 1–3 years in people-facing roles preferred.
• Knowledge of standard operating procedures and strong attention to detail required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and screen donors, ensuring a positive donor experience.
• Perform phlebotomy and venipunctures following SOPs.
• Operate mobile drive vehicle safely per DOT guidelines.
• Schedule donors for future appointments and manage records.
• Respond to donor questions and emergencies with professionalism.
• Maintain equipment and work area, ensuring patient safety.
