Job summary

Cox Fleet by Cox Automotive seeks a Mobile Diesel and Trailer Technician Level II to service and repair fleets in a field/mobile environment. Perform PMs, DOT inspections, and light to heavy repairs with supervision as needed. Requires ASE certification and valid DOT credentials with safety-focused work ethic.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with related field experience.
• ASE T8 (PMI) within 18 months is required; other ASE certifications preferred.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass DOT-related screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform DOT inspections and PMs on light to heavy trucks in field/mobile setting.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, braking, cooling, and engine systems.
• Maintain service vehicle and document work on RO using company TRAIT app.
