Job summary

Cox Fleet is seeking a Mobile Diesel Technician II in Massachusetts to perform licensed DOT inspections, preventative maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on a mobile/field schedule. You'll work in a supportive team, use TRAIT app to document RO, and manage a company-issued service truck.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, or equivalent combination.
• Must obtain ASE PMI certification within 18 months.
• Familiar with DOT inspections and field service tooling.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled PM and DOT inspections on light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles in mobile/field settings.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, braking, cooling, and engine systems on trucks.
• Document work orders, parts used, and findings using TRAIT on an iOS device.
• Operate and maintain company service vehicle and complete pre-/post-trip inspections.
