Job summary

CoxFleet in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Mobile Diesel Technician Level II to perform DOT inspections, PMs, and light-to-heavy repairs on fleet vehicles in a mobile/field environment.

The role requires ASE T8 certification within 18 months, 3 years’ related experience or equivalent, and the ability to manage parts and document work accurately. A valid CDL/Driver’s license is preferred and safety compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have strong safety awareness and adherence to DOT and OSHA policies.
• Capable of precise mechanical work with diesel equipment and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance documents and repair orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform DOT inspections, PMs, and follow-up repairs on trucks in mobile/field environment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems on light–heavy-duty vehicles.
• Document work performed and parts used in Repair Orders using company iOS device.
• Maintain safety and pre-/post-trip inspections of service trucks and equipment.
