Job summary

Cox Fleet in the United States seeks a Mobile Diesel Technician Level II to perform licensed DOT inspections, preventive maintenance, and light to heavy repairs in a field/mobile setting.

You will diagnose and repair truck systems, manage parts inventory, and document findings on Repair Orders using our TRAIT app while maintaining safety compliance with OSHA, EPA, and DOT requirements.

Qualifications

• DOT inspections and preventive maintenance on light–heavy vehicles.
• Diagnose and repair truck systems in field/mobile environments.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance (OSHA/EPA/DOT).

Responsibilities

• Perform PMs and DOT inspections on various vehicle classes.
• Diagnose, adjust, and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Document work on Repair Orders using iOS TRAIT app and manage parts.
• Communicate with customers and management to obtain approvals and feedback.
