Cox Fleet by Cox Automotive is seeking a Mobile Diesel Technician II to perform DOT inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on light to heavy-duty vehicles in a mobile/field setting. You will diagnose electrical and mechanical issues, manage parts and use company tools and TRAIT app for documentation.

The role requires ASE T6/ T8 certifications, a valid DOT medical card, and a HS diploma or GED, with on-site safety-first culture and a path for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• ASE T6 and T8 certifications preferred.
• DOT medical card required or within grace period.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled PM and DOT inspections in mobile/field environments.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical systems on trucks and trailers.
• Maintain service truck, perform safety checks, and document work via TRAIT app.
