Cox Automotive in the United States is hiring a Mobile Diesel Technician I – DOT Management Level Individual Contributor. This role performs DOT inspections, preventative maintenance, and light repairs in a mobile/field environment, with a strong focus on safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform DOT inspections, PMs, and light repairs on light/medium/heavy vehicles in a mobile/field setting.
• Independently manage parts inventory and service truck equipment.
• Maintain and operate company vehicle, conduct safety checks and pre-/post-trip inspections.
• Communicate with clients to assess needs and provide updates.
• Document repairs and parts using company tools and systems.
