CAI Cox Automotive Corp Svcs., LLC is seeking a Mobile Diesel Technician Level II to perform DOT inspections, preventive maintenance, and light-to-mid repairs in a mobile/field setting. The role requires ASE T8 within 18 months, a valid DOT medical card, and a valid driver’s license.

You will work remotely from a home base in the assigned region while traveling full-time. The position offers competitive hourly pay, potential incentives, and a $4,000 new hire bonus paid in stages.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with relevant field experience.
• ASE T8 (PMI) certification within 18 months preferred.
• Experience with DOT inspections and PMs in mobile/field settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled PM and DOT inspections on light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles in mobile/field environments.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems on trucks.
• Maintain inventory and manage service truck parts.
• Document work and upload RO details using company app.
• Adhere to safety and DOT/FMCSA regulations.
