Job summary

CAI Cox Automotive Corp Svcs., LLC is hiring a Mobile Diesel Technician Level II to perform DOT inspections and preventative maintenance on various vehicles. This role requires a high school diploma with relevant experience and strong diagnostic skills.

Qualifications

• Must be able to complete a DOT-regulated background screen and DOT physical.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and maintain a Driver Qualification File.
• Competent in hand, power and specialty tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform DOT inspections and preventative maintenance on vehicles.
• Diagnose and repair truck subsystems using test instruments.
• Document work using the TRAIT application.

Strong diagnostic reasoning and decision-making

Physical endurance for prolonged standing

Ability to determine tools required for each job

Education

High School Diploma or GED with at least 3 years of related experience
