Job summary

Cox Fleet by Cox Automotive is seeking a Mobile Diesel Technician Level II to perform DOT inspections, PMs, and repairs in a mobile/field setting. Qualifications

• Licensed DOT inspections.
• Perform Preventive Maintenance inspections.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical/electrical systems on fleet vehicles.
• Document findings and maintain compliance with DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled PM and DOT inspections on light/medium/heavy vehicles in mobile/field environments.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, brake, cooling, engine, and hydraulic systems.
• Road test vehicles to verify repairs and performance.
• Maintain parts inventory and operate company vehicles safely.
• Complete DOT forms and documentation accurately and timely.
