Job summary

Behavioral Health Network (BHN) in Western Massachusetts is seeking a Mobile Crisis Triage Supervisor who will provide leadership, coordination, and clinical oversight for Adult and Youth Mobile Crisis Intervention Teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health field is required.
• LICSW or LMHC licensure is required.
• Minimum 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience and 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Expertise in clinical triage, crisis intervention, and de-escalation techniques.
• Excellent time management, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Familiarity with Recovery-Oriented models and community-based behavioral health services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of Triage Clinicians and provide clinical oversight.
• Coordinate incoming crisis assessment requests across AMCI and YMCI teams.
• Monitor the phone dashboard, mobile team movement, and call quality during shifts.
• Assign crisis staff to cases based on triage guidelines and shift needs.
• Provide real-time leadership to ensure shift productivity.
• Collaborate with internal departments including Central Intake, Co-Response Supervisors, and MCI staff.
• Model professionalism, teamwork, and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Maintain communication with leadership and participate in supervision and quality assurance initiatives.
