Job summary
Telecare Corporation seeks an entry-level licensed management professional to lead the Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT) in San Joaquin County. Under the Clinical Director, you will supervise multidisciplinary staff, coordinate service delivery, and ensure rapid, accurate assessments and interventions for individuals in crisis.
The role requires a Master's in Social Work or related field, active licensure (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC), and crisis response experience.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work or related field.
- Current licensure as LMFT/LCSW/LPCC, etc.
- CPR, CPI and First Aid certifications on date of employment or within 60 days.
Responsibilities
- Supervise multidisciplinary teams and coordinate service needs.
- Conduct telephone screening, triage and referrals; ensure timely responses and appropriate interventions.
- Provide supervision of assigned team members and manage on-call rotation.
- Respond to work-related needs within designated timeframes per protocols.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and background requirements.
