Job summary

Telecare Corporation seeks a Licensed Team Lead for Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT) to join our Stanislaus County deployment. This role leads a dispatched mobile team, provides clinical guidance, and delivers crisis-intervention services to individuals and families in crisis.

Qualification includes a Master’s in Social Work, current licensure (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC), 2+ years crisis experience, and supervision exposure.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field.
• Two (2) years post-master’s crisis response experience with mentally ill individuals.
• Current licensure as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent.
• Certification to perform W & I 5150 Holds in the field.
• One year supervisory experience or training within six months of employment.
• CPR, CPI, and First Aid certifications at start or within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Dispatched and responds to crisis events in the community.
• Provides onsite therapeutic interventions to persons and families in crisis.
• Collaborates with First Responders for onsite crisis support.
• Lead for dispatched mobile team; provide clinical guidance.
• Complete concise assessment and treatment recommendations.
• Make referrals for placement, case management and aftercare.
