Job summary

Pacific Clinics seeks a compassionate crisis leadership professional to supervise Mobile Crisis Response Team operations in San Benito County. You will oversee clinical staff, ensure culturally competent service delivery, and coordinate with community partners to assess and de-escalate crises.

You will lead training, ensure policy compliance, and drive quality improvement while maintaining audit-ready charts and effective risk management. The role supports urgent, compassionate care 24/7.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field with 4+ years clinical crisis experience.
• California licensure preferred; crisis intervention certification within 30 days.
• Four to five years experience with children or adults; crisis management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services with internal and external providers, including law enforcement.
• Apply advanced clinical knowledge to crisis intervention.
• Ensure involuntary holds initiation according to LPS 5150 procedures.
• Respond to community-based crises and assist with risk management.
• Provide supervision and mentoring in EBPs and quality initiatives.
• Maintain compliant documentation and audit-ready charts.
• Cover scheduling and on-call crisis response as needed.
• Deliver trainings for staff and external partners.
