Job summary

Telecare Corporation is seeking a full-time Mobile Crisis Response Team clinician to respond to community crisis events and provide onsite therapeutic interventions. You will lead a mobile team, assess needs, and coordinate referrals while collaborating with other first responders.

Shifts are Full-Time/NOC, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM with a rotating schedule including every other weekend. Starting wage range is $106,727.31 - $131,851.47, with geographic differentials applied by location.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field required.
• Two years post-master crisis response experience with mentally ill individuals.
• Current licensure as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, etc.
• W & I 5150 Holds certification and supervisory experience within six months.
• Must be 18+ years of age and CPR/CPI/First Aid certified.
• Post-offer checks including physicals, TB test and background clearances may apply.

Responsibilities

• Dispatched and respond to emergency/crisis events in the community.
• Provide onsite therapeutic interventions to persons and families in crisis.
• Collaborate with other first responders to provide onsite crisis support.
• Lead the dispatched mobile team with clinical guidance.
• Complete concise assessments and provide treatment recommendations.
• Make referrals for placement, case management, and aftercare services.
• Develop and maintain awareness of community resources.

Education

Master's Degree in Social Work or related field

License: LMFT/LCSW/LPCC (current licensure)

Two (2) years post-master crisis response experience

Crisis response experience

Supervisory experience

CPR certification

CPI certification

First Aid certification

W&I 5150 Holds certification

Valid driver's license
