Job summary

Telecare Corporation invites applications for a MCRT Licensed Clinician (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC) in San Mateo County. The role covers crisis response, coordination with multiple agencies, and mobile on-site support within the Telecare Mobile Crisis Response Team.

The position requires a Master’s in Social Work or related field and relevant licensure, plus post-master’s crisis experience. It is part-time and on-site in San Mateo County with benefits including PTO and insurance.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field.
• Two (2) years post-master's experience providing crisis response.
• Current BBS licensure or registration as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, etc.
• Certified to perform W & I 5150 Holds in the field.
• Must be CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health support services to members and families at the program.
• Coordinate and collaborate with team members and outside agencies.
• Provide onsite crisis response as part of the San Mateo Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT).
• Provide telephone screening, triage and referral services with timely response and appropriate interventions.
