This full-time role offers the opportunity to help individuals in crisis avoid hospitalization while working on-call from home or community locations.

Qualifications

• Must hold Qualified Professional (QP) status.
• Have at least one year of crisis experience.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle if transportation is needed.

Responsibilities

• Assess individuals, develop crisis plans, and coordinate follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with agency protocols.
