RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking Behavioral Health Professionals for FULL TIME Mobile Crisis Management across Buncombe, Madison, and Yancey counties. The role requires a GED or high school diploma and at least one year of crisis experience.

You will work from home or local site, responding to crises during 11-hour on-call shifts, with a guaranteed 40 hours of pay per week. The position includes a $1000 Sign On Bonus and a schedule that includes on-call hours with no traditional office base,

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year crisis experience preferred (ACTT/IIHS, inpatient, or 24/7 crisis response).
• Valid driver’s license and automotive insurance required.
• Pre-employment screening including background checks and credentialing as needed.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the Person Centered Plan with the healthcare team.
• Serve as link between the company, families, and community agencies.
• Provide supportive counseling to mitigate psychiatric symptoms or substance use impacts.
• Support client in daily living and skill-building activities.
• Perform case management by linking services and referrals.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure PCP is implemented and communicated.
