Zusammenfassung

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking Qualified Behavioral Health Professionals for FULL TIME Mobile Crisis Management in Buncombe, Madison, and Yancey counties. The role provides crisis response in home, school, workplace and community settings to help prevent hospitalization.

Applicants must have crisis experience and appropriate degrees/licensing, with a 12-hour on-call shift pattern and weekend/holiday hours.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of one year crisis experience (ACTT, IIHS, Inpatient treatment facility, or other service providing 24/7 crisis response duties).
• Bachelor's degree (in Human Services field) & 2+ years full-time experience with population served.
• Bachelor's degree (Not Human Services field) & 4+ years full-time experience with population served.
• Master’s Degree or Higher & 1+ years full-time experience with population served.

Aufgaben

• Provides crisis response in home, school, workplace and community settings.
• Facilitates relationships between individuals served, the company, family, guardians, local agencies and the community.
• Minimizes effects of psychiatric symptoms or substance dependence on daily living.
• Develops living skills, socialization, adaptation and behavior management; counseling support.
