Job summary

RHA Behavioral Health Services is hiring a Mobile Crisis Management Crisis Responder to support individuals in crisis across residential, school, workplace, and community settings in North Carolina.

The role requires at least one year of crisis management experience, with a full-time schedule (40 hours per week). Services operate 24/7/365 across multiple counties, emphasizing recovery and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year's experience providing crisis management services in settings such as assertive outreach, ACT, emergency department, or 24/7 crisis response.

Responsibilities

• Provide acute face-to-face crisis support to individuals experiencing MH, SA, or IDD crises.
• Respond where the individual is located: residential, school, workplace, and community settings.
• Promote recovery, reduce symptoms, and enhance coping skills.
• Serve 9 counties in Eastern NC: Bladen, Brunswick, Carteret, Craven, Jones, New Hanover, Onslow, Pamlico, and Pender.
• Participate in a 24/7/365 first responder on-call system; coordinate resources as needed.
• Perform case management functions linking and arranging services and referrals.
