RHA Health Services in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Mobile Crisis Management Responder/Qualified Professional to provide acute face-to-face crisis support across residential, school, workplace and community settings. The role focuses on recovery, symptom reduction, and linking individuals to follow-up care, with 24/7 availability to respond to crises.

You must have at least one year of crisis management experience in relevant settings, a valid driver's license, and the education options listed

Qualifications

• Minimum of ONE year’s experience in providing crisis management in specified settings.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Education and licensing requirements as stated (Bachelor or Master level).

Responsibilities

• Provide acute face-to-face crisis support in various settings.
• Coordinate linkage to follow-up care and reduce immediate risk.
• Serve as a liaison between clients, families, and community resources.
• Work in a 24/7 on-call system as needed.
