RHA Health Services, LLC seeks a Crisis Responder for Mobile Crisis Management in NC. You’ll provide crisis response in various settings, aiming to avoid inpatient hospitalization and support adults and others in crisis.

Role offers on-call shifts from home, 40 hours weekly guaranteed, and a $1000 sign-on bonus. Requires 1+ year crisis experience and relevant degrees or Master’s credentialing. Union-free, hybrid work model.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services and 2+ years crisis experience.
• Bachelor's degree in any field with 4+ years crisis experience, or Master’s with 1+ year crisis experience.
• Licensure or certification as required by governing board.

Aufgaben

• Provide crisis response services in home, school, workplace and community settings.
• Focus on recovery, coping skills and quality of life improvements.
• Facilitate relationships between individuals, families, agencies and the community.
• Support clients with daily living and skill-building activities.
• Perform case management and coordinate referrals with clinical staff.
