Terros Health is hiring a Crisis Specialist for 30- or 40-hour shifts as a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) in the East Valley, AZ. The role involves crisis counseling, stabilization, and collaboration with families, schools and first responders.

Ideal candidates have Arizona licensure options listed and a compassionate, organized, self-driven approach. Shift differentials apply, and bilingual pay is available.

Qualifications

• Assess risk and engage with clients effectively.
• Coordinate with families, schools, first responders.
• Focus on seriously mentally ill, children/adolescents and family interventions.
• Assess and stabilize across lifespan and diverse backgrounds.
• Make referrals to other agencies as needed.
• Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability.

Responsibilities
