Qualifications

• Arizona license in a behavioral health field in good standing.
• Experience or training in crisis intervention and stabilization.
• Ability to work in high-stress situations with empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Assess risk and engage clients to stabilize emotions and behavior on-site.
• Develop short-term plans and follow-up for crisis stabilization.
• Coordinate care with families, schools, and first responders as needed.
• Refer to longer-term counseling or services when appropriate.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adapt to changing crisis situations.
