Job summary

Terros Health is seeking a Crisis Specialist On-Call to join the Crisis Mobile Team in central Phoenix. The role focuses on on-site crisis response, stabilization, and follow-up for children, adults, and families. Evening and overnight shifts are available with differential pay.

Responsibilities include risk assessment, client engagement, and coordination with schools, first responders, and community partners. Minimum BH experience and Arizona clearance are required; licensure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include GED or high school diploma with 1.5+ years of behavioral health experience, or BH degree credentials.
• Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance (Level 1) or ability to obtain within 7 working days.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license; 21+ years old with at least 4 years of driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess risk and engage clients on-site as part of the mobile crisis team.
• Develop crisis stabilization and follow-up plans with individuals and families.
• Coordinate with schools, first responders, and other agencies as needed.
• Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to changing crisis situations and populations.
