Job summary

Terros Health in Phoenix is hiring a Crisis Specialist On-Call (BHT) to respond on-site to crisis calls that cannot be resolved remotely, providing immediate stabilization and support.

You will assess risk, engage clients, coordinate with families, schools, and first responders, and refer to longer-term services when appropriate. Evening and weekend shifts with differential pay are offered. Arizona license preferred; bilingual skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Arizona license preferred: LCSW, LPC, LISAC, LMSW, LAC, LASAC or LMFT in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Assess risk and engage clients on-site during crisis.
• Develop short-term plans and follow up as needed.
• Collaborate with families, schools, first responders and others.
• Provide age-appropriate crisis interventions across diverse populations.
• Make referrals to other agencies or long-term counseling when appropriate.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adapt to changing situations.
