Job summary

Terros Health’s Crisis Mobile Team provides crisis counseling and stabilization services for diverse clients, including children, adults, and families. The Crisis Specialist role supports assessment, engagement, and plan development in evening and overnight shifts.

Candidates should have a GED or higher, plus behavioral health experience; Arizona license eligibility is strongly preferred. A range of benefits and bilingual pay differentials are offered.

Qualifications

• GED/High school diploma with 1.5 years of behavioral health experience or an associate’s degree in behavioral health.
• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field with 1 year of behavioral health experience or master’s in behavioral health.
• Arizona license or eligible for Arizona license (LCSW/LPC/LISAC/LMSW/LMFT/LAC/LASAC).

Responsibilities

• Assess risk and engage with clients, develop care plans and follow-up.
• Collaborate with clients, families, schools, first responders and others involved.
• Support seriously mentally ill individuals, children/adolescents and families.
