Job summary

Rosecrance Behavioral Health seeks an Engagement Specialist to provide mobile crisis response and engagement services within the designated Population of Focus. You will collaborate with the clinical team to design, implement, and evaluate crisis solutions while maintaining ethical and confidential practices.

The role emphasizes outreach, resource provision, and advocating for clients with professionalism, plus participation in CRSS credential opportunities and team activities at Rosecrance Ware

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or higher education.
• Must hold a minimum DMH designation of RSA (Rehabilitative Services Associate).
• Willingness to serve as a role model for recovery.

Responsibilities

• Provide mobile crisis response in the community when dispatched.
• Engage individuals hesitant to interact with behavioral health pros through trust-building.
• Participate in design, implementation, and evaluation of crisis solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain confidentiality.
• Coordinate transportation of clients to Rosecrance facilities or hospitals.
• Complete required documentation within designated timeframes.
