Job summary

Rosecrance Ware Center in Rockford, IL is seeking an Engagement Specialist to provide outreach and mobile crisis response within the community. Qualifications

• Must hold a minimum DMH designation of RSA (Rehabilitative Services Associate).
• Willingness and commitment to serve as a recovery role model.

Responsibilities

• Provide mobile crisis response services in the community when dispatched.
• Engage individuals hesitant to interact with behavioral health professionals.
• Participate in design, implementation, and evaluation of crisis solutions.
• Deliver confidential and ethical services in a safe, therapeutic environment.
• Coordinate with clinical teams to enhance client care and referrals.
