Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must hold RSA designation or be eligible.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Commitment to recovery and mission of Rosecrance.
• Must be able to work as part of a mobile crisis team.

Responsibilities

• Provide outreach and engagement services to the population of focus.
• Participate in mobile crisis response in the community.
• Advocate and support individuals in crisis with professionalism.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up documentation within timeframes.
• Collaborate with clinical team to enhance client care.
