Qualifications

• Experience maintaining building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing.
• Ability to follow codes and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs.
• Willingness to travel within the local area (up to ~3 hours drive).

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, life safety and control systems.
• Ensure facility systems meet applicable codes and company safety directives.
• Maintain an energy management program to optimize efficiency.
• Support preventive maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow policies for hazardous materials storage, use and disposal.
• Review inspection records and document work performed.
