Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a skilled Building Engineer to diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment and building systems for a campus of seven buildings.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance and respond to service requests to ensure safe, efficient operations. The role offers a regular schedule from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM with a rotating later shift roughly every eight weeks, and includes on-site parking and dining options.

Qualifications

• HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostics experience required.
• Facility maintenance and safety compliance.
• High School diploma or equivalent with 4–5 years of related experience; CFC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to HVAC, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Maintain an energy management program for efficient operation.
• Assist preventive maintenance to meet or exceed equipment life expectations.
• Follow policies for safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials.
