Qualifications

• Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
• Proficient with internet user-level technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the branch, greeting customers and managing lobby flow.
• Accurately balance and process customer transactions per bank policy.
• Educate customers on digital tools and self-service options.
• Identify needs and transition opportunities to banking partners.
• Handle consumer account issues and document complaints in systems.
• Perform branch operations such as cash ordering and basic maintenance tasks.
• Maintain AML/KYC compliance and adhere to risk controls.
