Job summary

Safelite is seeking an Auto Glass Technician to repair, replace and recalibrate automotive glass in Safelite Shops or Mobile Glass Shops. You will use Safelite tools and technology, ensuring safety and high-quality workmanship while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include recalibrating safety systems, diagnosing issues, guiding customers, and maintaining professionalism. Training, tools, and resources are provided to support success in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license to operate a company vehicle.
• Safelite SafeTech certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide all vehicle glass repair and replacement services at a Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop, prioritizing safety and customer service.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems, troubleshoot and diagnose issues.
• Operate Safelite tools and technology including True Seal, Ezi-Wire, Glass Table System and MRM.
• Communicate with customers in person, by text, and phone; promote Safelite services.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with all policies.
