Job summary

Safelite is seeking an Auto Glass Technician to perform repairs, replacements, and recalibrations at Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop. You will use industry-leading tools and Safelite’s technology to deliver safe, high-quality service and exceptional customer experiences.

You will operate Safelite tools, assist with calibration, and interact with customers to promote services while maintaining safety and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma GED/Equivalent preferred.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license to operate a company vehicle.
• Safelite SafeTech certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide all vehicle glass repair and replacement services at a Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop, ensuring safety, quality and customer service.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies including True Seal®, Ezi-Wire™, GTS and MRM; comply with Safelite processes.
• Safely operate company and customer vehicles throughout the workday.
• Communicate with customers in person, by text, and by phone; promote and sell Safelite services and items.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with policies.
