Safelite AutoGlass is seeking an Auto Glass Technician to perform repairs, replacements and recalibrations at Safelite Shops or Mobile Glass Shop locations. You will use our industry-leading tools and Safelite Way of Fitting, ensuring safety, quality and excellent customer service throughout each job.

Responsibilities include calibrations, diagnostics, driving company vehicles, and engaging with customers to understand needs and promote Safelite services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred plus Safelite SafeTech certification.
• Valid driver's license required to operate company vehicle.
• Ability to read and interpret English and technical directions.

Responsibilities

• Provide glass repair and replacement services at Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostics.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies and documentation systems.
• Communicate with customers in person, by text, and by phone; promote services.
• Maintain safety and quality while delivering outstanding customer service.
