Safelite is seeking an Auto Glass Technician to perform repairs, replacements and recalibrations in the shop or mobile setting. You will use Safelite tools and training to deliver safe, high-quality glass services and exceptional customer support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate company vehicle.
• Safelite SafeTech certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide all vehicle glass repair and replacement services at a Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop in the most efficient manner, focusing on safety, quality and exceptional customer service.
• Recalibrating automotive safety systems, including trouble-shooting and completing diagnostic testing.
• Proficiently operate Safelite’s tools and technologies and use customer administration systems and MRM technology.
• Safely operate company and customer vehicles.
• Communicate with scheduled customers in-person, text, and phone; present and promote Safelite services.
• Perform other duties as assigned; comply with policies and standards.
